this is a no smoking residence If you choose to smoke outside, there should be no evidence remaining. You will be charged for damages and lingering smoke smells.
dogs only - please stay with your dog on the premises to avoid damage fees Marking and damage fees start @ $65 an hour. No cats due to allergies.
the standard pet fee is $75 for the first dog and $50 for additional dogs i need to have the place professionally deep cleaned for other guests upon your departure and appreciate your understanding!
