master bedroom includes a queen bed and and a slider to a deck; the second bedroom includes two twin beds; plus there is also a large sectional couch in the living room You will enjoy all the amenities of home including a full kitchen and living area, Wi-Fi, plenty of lawn space for yard games, a front deck to soak in the morning sun with a cup of coffee and a back deck to enjoy the sunset while grilling up a dinner.

*the neighborhood market, seaview marketplace, is well stocked but closes around 7 pm There is also Carpenters Farm Fruit Stand that offers delicious farm fresh options, yummy pies, breads and baked goods, and locally raised meat to choose from. There is not a "package" store or beer distributor in Matunuck, but Narragansett is an 8-minute drive with plenty of options there. And don't forget an ice cream treat from Vanilla Bean! There are multiple restaurants just a few minutes walking distance: Ocean Mist, The Pub, and Matunuck Pizza.
