A million dollar view awaits you! We welcome you to our home away from home. You must be able to climb 15 steps to the front door. We have a master suite on the main floor. Two more bedrooms and a bonus living room are on the second floor. We have a 2 person inflatable Star kayak and a Bluefin SUP that can be taken to the springs and launched at Hunter Springs Park $5.00 parking no pets. We also have a new Old Town Saranac canoe that can be launched from the condo property. We have a assortment of NRS paddle vests. We have corn hole boards and bags, pickle ball paddles/balls, pool toys, beach wagon and toys, 4 beach chairs, soft side cooler for bait and a medium size cooler for beach use. We do not own a boat slip or have parking for a boat over 18 feet or a T-Top.
this amazing waterfront condo is located in a gated community Bicycling paths, tennis court, heated community swimming pool, and a clubhouse. The public boat launch is right next door. This is a HOA gated community. Please no parties and abide by the community rules. Everyone is extremely friendly, and time stands still here.
