this second floor apartment unit is tastefully designed and renovated with hardwood flooring throughout perfect for any occasion!
you walk through the main entrance and are greeted with a nice big open space The open space will encompass the living, room, dining room, and kitchen.
the kitchen has a nice granite l-shaped island with bar seating to hang out and have a couple drinks The kitchen has a nice white backsplash accompanied with modern white fridge, stove, and dishwasher. There is plenty of cabinet space if needed. Tons of sunlight comes through the main living space as there are plenty of windows.
you are led down a hallway that leads to the 2 bedrooms and washroom
the washroom is nicely tiled and newly renovated and has everything you need Granite vanity with big mirror and a nice shower with bathtub.
the first bedroom has 2 really big closets along with nice big windows which allows plenty of sunlight to come in
the second bedroom is smaller than the 1st bedroom but still a really good size and has a big window The bedroom also houses the washer/dryer unit for the apartment.
the bedrooms are complete with queen sized beds, all with new memory foam mattresses, and brand new linens (bed sheets and towels)
this home can accommodate up to 4 guests There are 2 bedrooms (each sleep 2). There is a free parking spot located at the back of the building.
there is also a new washer and dryer that you can use!
this is a fully self contained apartment on the second floor of a building
check-in is done through secure smart lock and will be sent to you on the day of arrival

there is also paid parking lots nearby the apartment There is a parking lot on Caroline St that is a 4 min walk.

there are plenty of attractions that you can walk to The pier and the Burlington Art Gallery are only a 5 minute walk.
you can definitely use ride sharing apps like uber to get around town
the apartment comes with a parking space so you can also get around by driving your own car as well
guests are responsible for their own consumables after initial reserve provided is used

1 No shoes to be worn inside the home.
2 Quiet hours start at 10pm on week nights and 11pm on weekends.
3 No smoking indoors. Any cigarette butts are to be disposed of off the property. No Smoking of ANY KIND in the unit.

we have a strict no-smoking policy in all our units You will be fined $500 if you violate. If you must smoke, please do so in the back yard.
4 No pets. **Evidence of pets inside the property will result in a $150.00 fine charged to guests.**
5 No parties and/or large social gatherings. No events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays **There is a $550.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.**
6 Check-in and Check-out times are MANDATORY unless scheduled and confirmed at a minimum of 24 hours in advance and if we are able to accommodate without double booking. **$50.00/hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 10am or by the agreed upon check-out time. my cleaners are on tight schedules**
7 A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. Please be honest. We must coordinate cleaners and inventory based on the number of guests that occupy the unit.
8 Please leave all shoes at the front door and do not wear them throughout the house.
9 If any personal property is damaged/lost/stolen or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up, you will be charged accordingly.
10 Lock all windows and doors if your are not home.
11 Turn off all lights when not in use.
12 If there is any maintenance issue, please contact me directly so I can send someone to fix it.
13 Garbage is not to be left inside the unit upon check-out. Please dispose of all garbage inside the unit to the outdoor bins.
14 Garbage, recycling, and organic wastes is to be disposed of properly and up to city regulation. **$50.00 surcharge charged to guest who fail to follow proper waste protocol. My cleaners will have to dedicate time to re-sort the garbage correctly.**
15 No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture.

16 No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.
17 Guests looking to extend their stay are welcome to do so, subject to availability. Please note, we require a 48 hour notice MINIMUM prior to checkout time to extend without penalty.
all extension requests that are between 24-48 hours before checkout time are subject to an additional 50% of the cleaning fee to reschedule cleaners
