Two stackable washers and dryers along with detergent are also conveniently located in this space.

you will have the upper front duplex to yourself beginning at 4pm The entrance is through the side door. You will be provided a code the day before arrival. The host and co-host will be available for help most of the time between 9am and 6pm. We do not have a 24 hour service, but we do our best to help with any accommodations for your entire stay. As a reminder, we are not a full service hotel. We are providing our space for the month and some essentials to make your stay better.
at this time, there is only street parking available, but it is free to park for up to three nights More specific instructions will be provided prior to arrival. Keep in mind this is shared building and patio with other tenants so be mindful and respectful in regards to noise levels. Parties or loud music will NOT be tolerated. Due to neighboring families, the patio may only be used from 7am-9pm. Additional rules and regulations for the patio and quiet hours will be provided upon arrival. There are exterior surveillance cameras located around the property. While we want to ensure you have a wonderful experience, we have better things to do than spend our time spying on our guests - the cameras are more for safety reasons.
