Positive: Dee is a reactive host and can adapt to your requests. He is easily reachable for any help. The hostel is a bit far but well connected through public transport to downtown Chicago. The atmosphere at the hostel is nice, it's easy to meet other fellow travelers. It was nice to meet Dee and the other people here.
Negative: The only thing which I found difficult is the phonic isolation, as there is no door between the room and the common space one floor below, but overall the quiet times were respected and people complying with it.
