1 No parties, or events are allowed.
2 If the property is left excessively dirty or in very poor cleaning conditions after your departure, beyond what a courteous guest leaves it. Example: Leaving pots, dishes, and pans in the kitchen full of food, excess garbage in the cans, stains on the floor, and dirty walls, are examples of bad conditions, in that case, we will charge an additional $100 Usd.
3 Local guests must contact us before booking.
4 No visitors are allowed at night, if it is not mentioned that they will be on the reservation, the fee that is marked in the application at that time will be charged as an additional guest.
5 Young people and children are more than welcome, but each one must be specified in your reservation.
6 There cannot be more than 6 people inside or on the property at the same time.
7 Guests will respect and follow all the community rules listed inside the house or on the property.
