Well-located cottage with whirlpool, renovated in 2020, in high quality and located just about approx. 400 meters from the rushing North Sea at Vejlby Klit. The house is a semi-detached house. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall with stairs to the 1st floor. Functional kitchen / living room with i.a. ceramic hob, separate oven with grill and dishwasher. In the shed with direct access from the kitchen there is an additional fridge / freezer with a frost capacity of 40 liters. The ground floor also offers a bright bathroom with bath environment, shower and the house's 2-person whirlpool. The ground floor also has a double bedroom. On the 1st floor there is a large living room with sloping ceilings, which is modernly furnished, has a huge flat screen TV with international channels as well as the Danish channels including tv2 and free internet. There is also Chromecast, so you have the ability to stream your own TV services. The living room also has an electronic dart, with many hours of entertainment for the whole family. In the garage outside there is the opportunity to play table tennis in shelter from rain and wind. On the 1st floor there is also an extra bathroom with bath environment and shower. In addition, there is a bedroom with a 1/3 bed. In the living room there are two box spring mattresses and on the loft there are three more good box spring mattresses. There is a continuous terrace with good garden furniture and charcoal grill, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun goes down over the area. Not for rent to youth groups.
