welcome to our secluded and spacious "tiny" home with sweeping views across the city to the sea and mountains, nestled in native trees on a lower crest of cashmere hill, just 6km from the cbd You can look forward to relaxing, unwinding and recharging in privacy, or to enjoy easy access to the city, Port Hills and Lyttelton.
with the entire front of this 35m2 home encased in glass, the unique, stylish design incorporates a spacious mezzanine bedroom with ample room above the comfortable queen bed to walk around A well equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, sitting and dining areas, a bathroom with a glassed shower, combo washer/dryer and clever storage are incorporated into the main floor. The space is airy and light and the deck offers a lovely spot for coffee or evening cocktails. Listen to the birds in the native trees and look out for the quail and native fantails who nest nearby.

there is an abundance of local attractions, and a myriad of well maintained walking and biking trails accessible by simply crossing the road and entering the bush Victoria Park and Christchurch Adventure Park offer walking and mountain biking trails, zip lining and sight-seeing from its gondola, and cafes. Tussock Hill Vineyard and Cellar Door Restaurant is located on Huntsbury Hill a few minutes' drive away.
