the garden, shaded by a large cedar and pini marittimi, is furnished with gazebo, table, chairs, barbecue, deck chairs It is ideal for enjoying the afternoon breeze and outdoor dining. Sitting in the gazebo, in addition to the evening breeze, you can enjoy a marvelous sea view.

the entrance to the apartment is directly from the garden
at the entrance of the apartment and towards the garden, we have planned two new ramps, even with wheelchairs, making it possible to use internal and external spaces without any steps
our house is ideal for families with children and grandparents or for groups of friends It can be the perfect place where to relax and take it easy or a place from where to head off for daily excursions to Rome or the many sites of archeological, historical and natural beauty in the area.
rome is 20 km away: with a half hour drive you can reach the metro ‘a’ terminus (anagnina) or, much more comfortably, you can take the train from cecchina (1 km from our house) and in 35 minutes you’ll be in the centre of roma, the centre of the ‘eternal city’!
