Positive: The location is excellent and it was very spacious. The wooden floors and a few scattered rugs made it a bit cosy.It was easy to walk to the waterfront, or into the city and El Cortes . It is located just up the street from Mushroom Street. The area has many bars, restaurants and cafes. Parking was easy in the parking lot one block away.
Negative: The location is in the city centre beside the police station which made it very noisy, especially at night. The apartment has windows to the street on two sides which are not sound proof and provide quite a draft. The apartment does need a few updates but is still quite acceptable. The TV does not have any English channels and although new was not set up to allow for Comcast. The wifi was intermittent at times.
Summary: This is a nice older apartment well located in the city centre.
