this beautiful contemporary villa blends modern beachside style with comfort and elegance It is designed to usher in natural light and breezes during Summer and hold in the warmth in winter but on those days when you will need additional cooling or heating there is reverse cycle air conditioning and floor heating.
lower level provides 2 double bedrooms that extend to outdoors through large stacking sliding glass The master bedroom features a large ensuite with floor heating. A generous study zone and a spacioussecond bathroom also with floor heating, frameless shower and oversized tub. The laundry with washing machine/clothes dryer are lalso located on the ground level.
