Positive: Always convenient, clean and tidy. And........really sorry to hear about their cat passing away.
Negative: No water on Saturday arvo and Sunday morning to have showers. No explanation of even a heads up when I checked in. This was a planned event and could have been handled so much better. A peice of paper stuck to the wall that was smaller than an A5 note pad doesn't cut it. An email/phone call prior to arriving and at the very least a conversation on arrival. Stayed there so many times over the past 5 years and this was not the best experience.
