Please understand there will most likely be some amount of noise heard throughout the community. Your specific unit's balcony repair is currently scheduled for 2/2/26-3/16/26. This is subject to change depending on how the project progresses. Our rentals have been priced to offset noise issues or any other inconvenience due to the construction project.

You and your family or friends can all dine together at the 6 person dining room table (with additional bar top seating) or you may want to enjoy the fresh air as you sit on the balcony's patio table. You can also relax and watch tv in the open living room from the couch or love seat. Full-size washer and dryer is also included in the unit.
