Positive: We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Bariseele B&B. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a view of a beautiful church across the street. The location was in a quiet residential area, perfect for walking the beautiful old town of Bruges. We even had a private, locked garage for our motorcycles. The very pleasant and helpful proprietor, Benny, was on hand to greet us and provide recommendations; massage and hairdresser appointments, as well as suggested activities. A plentiful breakfast was left outside our door at 8 am each morning! The canal boat tour was a definite winner, as it showcased this spectacular town, while providing an enjoyable 30 minute cruise. We loved Bruges and the Bartseele was a fantastic choice for those who enjoy a quiet space to relax. Also, a convenient market is located just around the corner!
Negative: The stairs to our beautiful room on the upper floor could be an issue for those with mobility issues.
