From the Villa's beach it’s only a short walk (50 feet) in knee high water to one of the best beaches in all of Turks & Caicos, Sapodilla Bay Beach. Your family can enjoy the best of both worlds, your own beautiful beach and still be steps from a larger beach.
both beaches (ours and sapbay) are perfect for children The water very inviting, it’s calm, crystal clear and a beautiful Turquoise colour. Kids can play and snorkel right in front of the villa while parents sit in the water in beach chairs watching.

the sand in front of the villa is sugar white! the water simply laps at the shoreline, because there is so very little wave action You can snorkel right in front of the property and see coral, fish and sea turtles.
