convenient 1st floor location with gorgeous views of the gulf from the main living area, master, and patio Easy in and out from the gated parking garage with all of your gear, and quick access to the pools, hot tub, and beach without having to take the elevator. There are a few steps to get up to the first floor living area from the parking garage, but there is a large elevator as well as community carts to transport your luggage at your service if you need them.
holiday isle has a private gated entrance to the beach complete with a boardwalk to make the trek easy You can rinse off all of the sand at the wash station near the gate to the beach.
a lovely walk to the left down the beach will take you to the serene pelican cove where you can watch the kite surfers and enjoy the local birds and sea life
