west newport is (in our opinion) one of the best locations to live/rent in newport beach From 47th St to 74th St, West Newport is home to many long-term and permanent residents of west Newport spending their time enjoying the beach without all of the hustle and bustle of the Pier & Tourist Areas. Inclusive of the West Newport Park, you will find everything from children's Jungle Gyms to Racquetball, Pickle Ball, Tennis, Volleyball, and basketball courts. For those looking to explore the Bay, we recommend launching your stand-up paddleboards and kayaks from Channel Park on 46th street. Sunset Ridge Park is also a block away.
the community of west newport also has some great local restaurants From breakfast at Cappy's Café to fine dining at Cucina Alessa, a home-cooked meal at the Spaghetti Bender (get the Gnocchi) to a sandwich at Tidepools or grab a Burrito on the run at Chronic Taco.
