Detached villa in the east of Marbella. Very close to the beach.
the house is located in the marbesa urbanization, 25 min from the international airport of Malaga, 10 min. from the Center of Marbella.
in the urbanization there are supermarkets, shops and restaurants It is only 10 min. from the public hospital.
it is a perfect place to discover the charms of the costa del sol, gibraltar, ronda, or north africa
it is ideal for families It has a private garden with lawn and swimming pool for adults and children. Large terraces with barbecue, basketball court, bicycles and darts game.

Summary: Immaculate and very well equipped property. Would benefit from modernisation and replacement of a few tired items but this did not detract from the wonderful experience we had. The property manager was extremely helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble and we would definitely return here. We were aware that there was no aircon in the property and were concerned about this ahead of our visit, however there were fans in each room which we didn't need to use as the room temperature was OK considering it was 23 degrees outside. the pool area was fabulous along with the well manicured outside areas again equipped very well with furniture.
