the condo is a spacious 2 level layout on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a 3 story building With1,650 square feet the unit has 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths and a loft with a desk and sofa bed that can serve as a fourth bedroom.
each bedroom has a 40" tv and there is a brand new 65" smart tv is in the living room
there is a private balcony on the upper level which overlooks scenic carlin park The views are spectacular.
if you need to work while you're away the loft on the upper level serves as a perfect office space with a beautiful ernest hemingway style wooden desk From the desk you have a great view overlooking Carlin Park.
the entire condo is equipped with high speed wifi for email and zoom meetings along with cable and streaming tv
the location is fantastic You are only a short walk to the beach through Carlin Park. Carlin park also has a 1.25 mile walking trail with 20 fitness stations where you can get in some exercise while enjoying your stay.
a publix grocery store along with many other fine retail establishments and a cinepolis movie theater are all less than a mile away
the bella vista community offers the following amenities: tennis, pickle ball, racquetball, bocceball, resort style pool and a cabana clubhouse
