South Lodge was built in 1894 and has been totally renovated by the owners to created a charming comfortable holiday home to be enjoyed. The original kitchen has been extended in order to accommodate modern family life with a kitchen table and chairs however there is also an open plan dinning room which allows a large family to eat together. The sitting room is warm and cosy with a real fire place for cooler weather with an adjoining conservatory in which to enjoy in the sunny days . Downstairs there is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room whilst upstairs there are two bedrooms and a walk through study creating sleeping accommodation altogether for six adults and two children. The family bathroom is also situated upstairs and comprises of both a bath and a shower. South Lodge sits in a pretty cottage garden which is quiet and secluded where you can enjoy outdoor barbeques and picnics. There is a single garage for use of our guests and parking for 2 other cars. The Lodge is a four minute walk from the beach and a 10 minute walk to local pubs and restaurants. Should you wish to venture further, Chichester is 6 mile away, Arundel 9 and Petworth 16, therefore there is plenty to see and do. However you may just fancy a stroll in the downs or a paddle in the sea..
