Princesa Beach Resort is situated in the exclusive Sandy Beach area of Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point), which is a vacation destination set against the Sea of Cortez - known as the Gulf of California with clear, deep blue waters.
the condo is fully furnished and equipped with everything you might need while staying here,all the utensils provided Condo equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher,washer and drier. Electronic includes smart TV,s in the Living room and Master bedroom with Fire stick (has unlimited world wide channels that is including EVERYTHING) NFL games and all movies, kids channels. You will be able to log in to your Netflix or Amazon Prime accounts to use that for your entertainment. Also, don't forget to bring your computer - WiFi connection in the unit. Both bedrooms have king size beds. Comfortable mattresses will help you relax after all day playing on the beach and new air conditioning will keep you nice and cool while you sleep. Brand new sleeper sofa in the living room. Filtered water stand in the room! Living room has a desk with the chair. We have new super comfortable patio furniture on the balcony and bench for extra seating.
