this is a long stay house of 30 days or more because of city bylaws and covid 19 as we
use a full week in between guests to do ultraviolet light sterilizing of rooms and though out cleaning and disinfecting
we can have it december holiday decorated and ready for that special occasion
we can arrange for one of the bedrooms to be an office if needed
we can provide a discount for executive / corporate stay longer than a single month
if you have special requests let us know and we can see if it is possible for us to accommodate them

there are a full-size washer and dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron for your laundry needs some laundry detergent will be initially provided

we would like to make sure our place is clean during your stay so we hire professional cleaners to clean our house
