located in bajamar, a gated golf community an hour south of the tijuana border, casa peggy sits on a bluff overlooking the pacific ocean Newly remodeled with cantara volcanic stone floors and hand painted tiles, this comfortable five bedroom/ 4.5 bath villa is centered around a large patio with a pool. With an open floor plan, ocean views can be enjoyed from the living room, kitchen, and dining room. Enjoy watching dolphins, whales, and sunsets from the ocean deck.
casa peggy features a well-stocked gourmet kitchen with handmade oaxacan ceramic dishware, a 5-burner gas stove, all new appliances and ample granite countertops to prepare your favorite meals The house has two king, three queen and one full bed. We have a whole-house, reverse osmosis water purification system so all of the water in the house is safe to drink. A gas barbecue in a protected patio with views provides extra cooking space. An extra refrigerator in the garage ensures plenty of space for cold drinks.
