This 200-year old former vineyard workers' house retains original features such as exposed wood beams, interior stone walls & niches, oak and ceramic tile floors, and stone fireplaces. Completely gutted and renovated in 2005 and refurnished & updated in 2012/13, Charmelieu retains it's old world charm with the convenience of modern amenities.
the house has a private walled-in courtyard, two large master bedrooms with private baths, a modern kitchen and large living area The first master bedroom has a queen-size bed and an alcove with a twin bed. The loft master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a twin bed. Both master bathrooms have full-size showers (one with a bathtub and one with an oversized standing shower) and heated towel racks. There is a half bath in the living room. Central heating and air conditioning has been installed--with remote controls available throughout the house.
