Summary: Our small group of 6 friends (thats the max that can stay at the property and it's a very strict policy), stayed at this house as a hub while we attended a wedding at Red Maple Farm nearby (10 min drive which was great!). The house is beautiful and has a very interesting layout, especially for the bedrooms upstairs. (One friend had to pass through the main bedroom to get to the bathroom at night so make sure your group is really comfortable with each other!). The kitchen was great and fully equipped. The sitting areas were cozy and spacious. We did a lot of text and phone communication with the host in advance to learn the rules so it's not such a hands-off experience. But the host was always responsive via text or call whenever we had a question. There is a very clear and full instruction bible to follow. There were nice accommodations for kids. We didn't have any with us but the parents of the group liked that those amenities are available in case we want to return to the area.
