the west shore is the best shore & it doesn't get any better than this fantastic, lower-tahoe park location! this "classic tahoe" 4 bedroom/2 bath cottage is ideally located just a short walk to dining, markets, outdoor activities and more!
the cabin is within a 5 minute walk to some of the best and most iconic west shore destinations: sunnyside resort, firesign cafe, west shore market and shadyside lounge the private lake tahoe park association beach is just two blocks away and access to this beach association give you the next best alternative to staying on the lake! in addition, you can catch the bike trail just down the street and enjoy miles of paved trails along the west
shore or into tahoe city, down the truckee river, or all the way out to palisades so fun!

the driveway is on a seasonal plow service, whereas they come once per day when it snows more than 5 inches They generally follow the road plows and will first clear the berms at the end of the driveway. You’ll need to move your cars so that the plows can access and clear the driveway (which takes less than 5 minutes once cars are out of the way).
there are a few steps that lead from the driveway to the front deck / entry door area We do our best to ensure reasonable access to the property, but depending on the timing of your arrival (if during or immediately following a storm), there maybe snow piled up on the stairs and possible berms in front of the garage (as a result of plow operations). There are shovels located at the house that can be used by guests, but we recommend that you travel with a shovel during winter conditions.
