There is a cozy hearth pellet stove for the winter and 2x evaporative coolers for the summer. There is plenty of space and if you need more, there is a detached garage for safety storage. The view off the front patio is North facing, pleasant and the sun will always be behind you or blocked by shade. The rural setting of the neighborhood may be a surprising change from city and suburbs, but the small town atmosphere is alive here and everyone is quite pleasant.
