bathrooms - 1 full bath downstairs 1 half bath downstairs. 1 full bath upstairs, however, the shower has a very low clearance on height due to ceiling. There is only 1 shower in this property that is usable by most adults (the one downstairs). hair dryers and lighted makeup mirrors!

televisions: all tvs have cable and/or streaming!
house/area amenities: gas grill, bocce ball, beach chairs/umbrella, sand toys, beach mats, corn hole even though the golf cart is not included, there is a golf cart rental place nearby that you can rent one from! there is also mclean park nearby - public pickle ball and playground!
patios/balconies/decks: tons of space on both the front and back of the house to enjoy nature
beach: walk or drive to nearby beach access
cleaning/linens: professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
