60m² for 4 people in an old farmhouse at the top of a wooded hill. Exceptional view. You will have the entire accommodation in complete independence. Entrance on one level with terrace and planxa. Large main room with new kitchen, dining area and small living room. Two rooms. In the main one, the rock outcrops on the walls that frame the large bed and a large picture window opens onto a small terrace with mountain views. The smallest in chalet style has 2 small beds. Walk-in shower with exposed stones. Separate WC. Ideal for 2 couples with children.

the farmhouse is very old and was built on a rock, on a promontory We see the rock outcrop in the lower bedroom. The church next to the gîte dates from the 12th century. Since Felluns is away from the road and has only 50 inhabitants, it is safe to walk around and let the children play freely. A small playground adjoins the gîte. We also have access to a bowling green at the top of the village. There are no shops, but a bakery-grocery van passes almost every day. In the neighboring town (St Paul de Fenouillet) there is a supermarket, petrol station, banks, etc.
