Positive: The hotel appeared to be in a safe area. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. They did have a restaurant and a snack corner, a pool, and gym area.
Negative: When I arrived it took 45 minutes for check in because they said they had not been paid by Booking and that I had to call Booking, I explained I had paid through booking, but they said they didn't receive payment. So I had to first start with a chat box in booking and then I was given a number to call and the Booking representative called the hotel while I was on hold and then the hotel staff came back and said we found the payment...
