swimming pool:
pool is open from memorial weekend to labor day weekend and included in the price We don't provide pool towels, only bath towels. Depending on the weather, (especially the night temperatures) we can open the pool during the month of May and September for $150/day. Check with the owners if you are interested in the pool those two months. If you rent the pool during May and September, you will need to rent it for your entire stay, not just part of your rental period. The pool is NOT available Oct through April.
we require a minimum four night rental for thanksgiving and a minimum five night rental for christmas and new years
if you have more than 44 guests, you will be charged $10 per person per night
