Summary: The place is better than the photos depict. About 15 min drive north of Rosarito. Very secure neighborhood. It can be annoying if you need to use an Uber or taxi because you’ll need to walk to one of the entrances but makes it safer. Cute cats hang outside on the back deck. Path down to the water.
