2 You must be 25 years or older to book the apartment. As a part of this booking we are required to get the photo ID of each guest in this building. Children are welcome! Children must always be under the supervision of an adult (18+).
3 NO SMOKING OR VAPING anywhere in the apartment or on complex property. NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES OR ACTIVITY on the premises. There is a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence.
4 NO PETS, unless explicitly agreed upon. Minimum $200 fine.
5 Please follow our Check-In time of 4pm and Check-Out time of 10am. Guests that do not check-out on time may be charged $50 in hourly increments, at the discretion of Grand Road.

6 Damage / Loss: If you damage or lose anything, please let us know so we can repair or replace it.
- lost key fob is $150
- lost parking pass is $250
- if we need to replace linens or towels due to damage, there is a minimum fee of $30
- damage due to bodily waste has a $100 minimum additional cleaning charge
7 You are welcome to entertain up to 2 guests per apartment, but please respect your neighbors.
- no parties If you want to have more guests, contact Grand Road to rent a common area for entertainment and hosting of a larger group.
- if you have an unapproved party, there is a minimum fine of $1000 You also agree to pay any additional fines associated with the party, that may be levied on Grand Road by the apartment management and/or other authorities.
8 All overnight guests must be included in the booking. If you have an additional guest, contact us, or make an alteration request and we’ll be happy to include them for the platform prices.
- if any unregistered guest(s) stay overnight in the apartment there will be a $100 fine per person
9 Resident amenities such as the pool, gym, conference & common areas, etc may be unavailable due to maintenance, repair, or other reasons at the sole discretion of apartment management. All guests acknowledge that Grand Road does not control the availability of the complex’s amenities and guests are not entitled to refunds or discounts based on availability of amenities.
10 Grand Road or the apartment management may enter the property in cases where it is urgently necessary to maintain/repair the property, address a safety issue, or comply with local, state, or federal law. Otherwise, Grand Road and apartment maintenance will seek & receive permission from the guest before entering.

Summary: The accommodations were beautiful and comfortable. I really appreciated being having garage parking. The nearness to downtown events was helpful, as I do not know the area well. I do wish that I had paid closer attention to the reviews to realize how close we were to the railroad crossing. I am glad that I packed ear plugs. Noise cancelling earbuds would be a good option, too.
