groups or work based stays for short term bookings

it has plenty of private parking, and an enclosed large secure back yard so your dog/s are welcomed

situated in the sought after south bunbury our home is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood which is perfectly located close to many of bunbury's popular places
back beach just 3 mins drive away
sjog & bunbury regional hospital are just one minute drive
bunbury turf club is a 3 min drive or 15 min walk
just 5 minutes drive to bunbury's cbd where you can shop ,eat, drink and be entertained with time zone and the grand cinemas
you are just a 2 mins drive to the local shops gyms, parks centre which houses amenities such as coles, macdonald's, kmart, pharmacy , newsagents ,liquor store and more
the very popular must see bunbury farmers market is just 9 minutes drive away
if you are planning a day trip down south to
stunning busselton it's just over 30 minute drive or glorious margaret river is just over1hr drive

Summary: Excellent! Tracey is a sensational host. Clearly communicates and adds the 1%ers. We arrived to a hand written welcome note and a box of chocolates, a lovely surprise. The house is well equipped with cooking equipment, board games, towels, tea towels and the ability to use the washing machine and dryer. The main living areas are airconed and fans provided for the bedrooms. We stayed 4 nights and needed the fans for 2 nights. There is Netflix, and wifi, both very handy. The location is a car ride from town & the beach. A walk to a park, I'd consider it well located. It was clean and tidy. Nice outdoor area, secure yard for your dog or toddler too.
