Head into the dining room where a high-top table with seating for 4 is the perfect gathering space for formal meals, with 3 additional seats at the kitchen counter ideal for snacks and quick bites. The fully equipped kitchen is inclusive of all the appliances, cookware, and dining ware necessary to prepare homecooked meals, with a drip ground coffee or pod coffee maker serving up fresh cups of your morning brew.

Kitchens offer 2 rolls of paper towels, a small bottle of dish soap, a fresh sponge, a few loads of dishwasher detergent, and a few trash bags. If your home has access to laundry machines, Grand Welcome also provides a few loads of laundry detergent.

Do not feed wildlife. Lock all vehicles and doors and windows the home. Grand Welcome does not refund for any personal damage caused by wildlife.
