this captivating villa lays in 150m2 outdoor area and is embellished with a 40m² private sea water swimming pool (1,40 meters deep, can be heated with an extra fee), also boasting hydromassage features, premium sun-beds & umbrellas Grown-ups can lounge to their premium sun loungers before idling back for al fresco dining under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dining area or lounge with a Gin Tonic in hand at the outdoor fire pit lounges. The Living Room & Kitchen area have access to the pool area. There is sufficient parking space for up to 2 cars outside of the villa premises. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summer living and an unforgettable holiday experience. The villa features access to the beach.

- pool temperature | heating temperature could vary up to 26 °c subject to the outdoor weather conditions
- preferred months | pool heating is typically used during the months march - mid june & october, november
- advance notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature
- additional fees | 50 €/day
- booking duration | pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above
- weather conditions | when the outside temperature is above 25 °c or in case of rain it shall not operate Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.
