Our lovely pet free, no stairs, 1200 sf, Fully licensed (Boulder County STR-22-0017), garden level apartment located on the East side of Boulder has spectacular views of Boulder and the Rocky Mountain Continental divide. Our totally separate apartment (not shared with anyone) has an open dining, living and full kitchen that bring the outdoors in, are a compliment to the large bedrooms with one king and two twin beds. No stairs at the entry, a one level layout and wide doorways lend itself to being wheelchair accessible, but counter/sink heights are not ADA compliant. It is totally private with its own entrance, off street parking, heating, AC system, Wifi, full size laundry, BBQ, outside table/chairs with view of Boulder and the Rockies.

Boulder City has E Bikes for rent to use on it 300 miles (75 miles off road) of bicycle lanes and multi-use paths are available to enjoy. Walking the foothills and prairie opens views to birds, evergreen trees or rock climbers.
