Summary: Marta and Peter's apartment was perfect for our needs. We stayed for a month. It is located in a nice, family friendly neighborhood with walking paths and trees all around the neighborhood. This was nice for our dog walks. The apartment is a basement apartment, but there was plenty of light due to all of the windows and a little patio outside in the back. It was also perfect for our little dog because I could leave the patio door open for him while we were gone all day. Marta and Peter were fine with our little dog staying there as well, which I was so grateful for. The apartment was very clean and very comfortable and pleasant. There was plenty of room for 2 adults and our 15 year old. The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed. The house was located about 5 minutes from Kaltenkirchen's cute downtown area and my work place. I could park in the driveway and everything was safe. I felt perfectly comfortable staying there long term. Peter offered his bike for my daughter, if she needed to ride to the bus or train station. And, he offered to show me to the nearest grocery store when we first arrived. Marta and Peter were super friendly and very helpful. They live in the other part of the house, but we felt like it was our home when we stayed there. But they were available if we needed them at a moments notice. It was perfect! Thank you, Marta and Peter for a lovely stay! I highly recommend.
