this house has 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, living room (with smart tv), deck, and sunroom The dining room table easily seats six. We love this property and stay here ourselves when not renting it out.
enjoy a lake getaway while being less than 5 min from the lcbo, grocery store, and local independent baker
there's a firepit, dock, and stairs with railing into the water, and a small boat slip in the yard, making the lake accessible for kids and folks with mobility issues
the lake is calm, leech, and slime free!
once you leave the bay we're on, the rest of the lake is in untouched wilderness
the mainfloor bathroom has just been completley renovated Take in the lake views in the evening or on a rainy day in the sunroom.
