no parties, quiet hours: parties and loud music are not allowed Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. A fee of $1000 will be assessed if a party is discovered or if excessive noise disturbs neighbors.
declared guests: please declare all guests in advance There is a fee of $50 per guest per night for undeclared guests.
pets: if you plan to bring pets, they must be disclosed and approved in advance The fee is $150. An unregistered pet will double this fee.
cleanliness: leave the property as you found it Excessive mess will result in additional cleaning fees on top of the standard cleaning fee.
check-out: standard check-out time is 10 am Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to a $30 flat fee. We will inform you of the available late check-out time.
check-in: standard check-in time is 4 pm Early check-in may be possible but we likely will not know until the day of your stay due to the cleaners schedule and potential last minute bookings. If you arrive early without prior notice, you may need to wait until the official check-in time.
property inventory: please note that all items in the home are inventoried Charges will apply for any missing or damaged items.
report cleaning issues: if you encounter any cleaning issues upon check-in, please report them promptly so we can address them
mail deliveries: we do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the property You may arrange for deliveries to the door or a local FedEx/UPS. We are unable to assist with mail retrieval.
valid identification: ensure your booking is made with a valid government-issued id, and do not engage in fraudulent activities or identity theft
security camera: for your safety, there is one security camera at the front door entrance recording video and audio 24/7 Tampering or disconnecting this device will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
