The property comprises a 250 year old Languedoc farmhouse and a separate gite, both renovated to a very high standard and situated in a delightful small hamlet hidden among the vineyards and olive groves with wonderful views. Each house is private, completely self contained and built around a superb private 8 x 4m pool, with Roman steps, extensive terracing, summer kitchen, BBQ, wood fired pizza oven, and decked sun terrace. A small olive grove provides further room for children to play in. Normally the owners stay in the farmhouse for the majority of the summer giving the gite occupants exclusive use of the pool and grounds. However both properties are available for rental together. The local village, 10 minutes walk from the hamlet, provides shops, tourist information and restaurants. Golf course within 15 minutes. Wonderful walking, climbing, canoeing and river swimming in the immediate vicinity. Mediterranean beaches an easy drive away. Great choice of cycling routes, ranging from the nearby converted railway line to the most extreme mountain tracks, four adult bikes are provided. Excellent choice of restaurants locally.
