One level condo with bikes and gas BBQ for your outdoor enjoyment. The kitchen has upgraded stainless steel appliances. Off the dining area is a private Patio with gas BBQ and outdoor dining. The back deck looks over a common area and the Meadows Golf Course. Just recently added a new 65” Smart LG TV in the living room and all of the rooms are now equipped with Smart TV's. Kick your feet up in front of the stone-faced fireplace and watch your favorite show.

the second bedroom houses two twin beds and a smart tv The two twins can be converted into a King bed upon request. The second full bath is right across the hall.
