This is a spacious, well lit, convenient Bungalow. There is a King Bed in the bedroom with a Queen Murphy bed in the unit. The kitchen is new with stainless steel appliances. There are 4 skylights with great natural lighting and a whole house ventilation fan in addition to the air conditioning, There are two large flat screen TVs and free WiFi. There is a large tree shaded patio with table, chairs, swing and a grill for your enjoyment. There is a great work area with a large desk and shelves for easy workability.
this property is located in rural bonita, an unincorporated area in south central san diego It is in the Sweetwater River Valley and bordered by 3 freeways, Rt 805 & Rt5, Rt 54 and Rt 125. Just minutes to almost anywhere in San Diego including downtown and the maquiladora plants at the border.
