VILLA CA'N TORRENS is located in the MOST exclusive residential area in the north of Mallorca. The rooms are comfortable distributed over two floors (for added privacy) With Central heating for the winter and air conditioning in all rooms and lounge for the summer. The house is RECENTLY REFORMED and with brand new furniture.

on the first floor we have a double bedroom (one bed for two people) with bath en suite, living room with fireplace, satellite tv and large windows to enjoy the spectacular views of the bay of alcudia just 10 meters from the sea A large well equipped kitchen and pantry. All the rooms have access to the terrace (ideal for relaxing with family or friends meals), laundry room and a guest toilet.
on the ground floor there is a large bbq grill and majorcan oven, a double bedroom (one bed for two persons) with a bath en suite overlooking the sea Three double bedrooms (with two single beds) and a fully equipped bathroom next to the bedrooms. One big terrace perfect for sunbathing or reading a good book, with direct access to the sea.
