As you finish work and the sun begins to set, you get to watch the day turn to night, the city lights take over the sky and watch Sydney transform. this apartment has the best views sydney has to offer!

kirribilli is only a stone-throw away from the beautiful sydney cbd and has an amazing village atmosphere You are in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Sydney within 10 minutes but can enjoy the peace and quiet that Kirribilli has to offer.
the suburb has some of the best views that sydney has to offer, is home to world-famous luna park, some of the best walking tracks to view beautiful sydney, direct access to the sydney harbour bridge as well as great cafes, supermarkets, pubs, and liquor stores
you are within walking distance of everything sydney has to offer We would recommend the ferry (the wharf is across the road from the apartment) or walking the Harbour Bridge to get into the CBD.

*this home is a strictly no-smoking property If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.
*this is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours We do not allow loitering out the front of the building or in the common areas. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas, especially after 9 pm.
