Positive: It was immaculately cleaned and well stocked! It had everything we needed or could think of from kitchen appliances, Dishes, baby crib, high chair, gate, board games, toiletries, bedding, pillows, bathroom towels… everything. Property looks just like the photos. Customer service was excellent and very responsive to any questions or issues we had.
Negative: Hot water ran out after about 2 showers, so if you have more than 2 people who need to take showers, you have to wait for the water to reheat. We bought fire starters for the fire place , but couldn’t use the fire place because the smoke came inside the house instead of out of the chimney. We tried everything to remedy the smoke because we really wanted to use the fire place, but couldn’t tolerate the smoke building up inside of the cabin. (It could have been operator error- as it is a wood burning fireplace and we are used to gas)
Summary: Wonderful mountain getaway!
