Summary: Nice place to stay in terms of coziness. Location is reasonably quiet despite being amongst other houses, but not really central to shops, good views or walks. Nice tapware in kitchen and bathroom. Windows and back door flyscreen could do with a clean. The house rules could be phrased more positively.
