this apartment has been fully renovated from scratch with the 2021 traveler in mind Located just outside of Old Town, on a quiet street, you won’t find a better place in the city for your trip.
the building itself has an incredible history as the former home of corneliu coposu, and our team at holt is bringing it back to its glory days . He is one of the most loved Romanian figures for ushering in the age of Democracy.
this building has no seismic risk rating, the lowest in the city Please be aware that most other rentals in Bucharest, especially those in the center of the city, are in buildings with the highest, or “Urgenta 1”, risk rating.

this apartment is located just across the street from old town, a perfect location Old Town is in the heart of Bucharest, and has the pulse of the city. The historic architecture, the old churches, the outdoor terraces and cafés and the romantic feel make the Old Town a most enticing area of the city. Being on the eastern edge, puts you just outside of the busyness of Old Town, and gives you easy walking access to taxis and trams, and near modern shopping centers and stores.

there are many ways to get around the city You have very short walking distance to buses, trolleys, taxis, as well as bike and scooter sharing companies and of course, ride hailing services like Uber.
other things to note:
all guests must sign a holt rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive holt's boarding pass with check-in and property information HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.
important notice for 1-night reservations made last minute: reservations of this nature are subject to a 250 euro security deposit, which will be refunded after your stay, pending the property's condition Our property has a strict policy against parties. Should there be any violation, we will have to request you to vacate without a refund and impose a fine. We absolutely want our guests to enjoy their stays, but if you're looking for more than just a great time, please refrain from moving forward with your reservation.
the property has a cctv security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property In addition, there are additional security cameras in the shared hallway staircase to ensure the safety of all our guests. There are no recording devices in private areas of the unit. All recordings are deleted after 30 days.

this is a pet-friendly property There is an additional €50 sanitation fee per pet and also a €200 security deposit which is refundable after your check out when HOLT’s cleaners confirm there is no pet damage. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but caught by our team will be subject to a €500 fee.
