Positive: I can't praise this hotel enough. We had an amazing time in Verona. Lovely weather, friendly atmosphere. Big thank you to everyone, especially to the reception for smooth check-in and check out, shuttle bus driver for nice journey to Verona, and nice waitress for showing me to gluten free food for breakfast. The spa was good, very relaxing and quiet. I will definitely be back!
